My bachelor thesis project extended its exploration into the physical environments that surround consumer interactions. Grounded in a foundation of Design and Business with a specialisation in Communication Design, the focus of my bachelor thesis project was the transformation of one-time shoppers into loyal, returning customers for a local delivery service offering only organic products, Frisk Fra Gården.
Research methods such as Target Audience Research, SWOT analysis, Interviews, Surveys, Simulation Exercise and Visual Wall brought light to valuable insights that helped determine a solution and business strategy. The simulation exercise allowed for a deep understanding of the user’s challenges during their experience with the product/ service. By testing the competing brand’s products, it became clear that Frisk Fra Gården would benefit from a stronger communication strategy. Based on the key findings, a content calendar and communication strategy plan was created using organic, transparent and persuading daily content to engage with the desired target audience.
Throughout this project, I not only honed my research and analytical skills but also gained a profound understanding of the strategic intricacies involved in transforming casual consumers into committed clients.
